Photos from Beach Trip

WARNING: "GROSS" PHOTOS ARE BEHIND THE CUT. If you are disgusted by corpses of sea life I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you not look.

When we went to the Pie Shop @ Gizdich Ranch these life-size mannequin-puppet-things are sitting on top of a large storage unit. Aren't they creepy? The pianist looks like his head'll fall off.

Strawberry Pie. MMmmmmmm.

The view that greeted us when we arrived. Fairly empty beach (little guy in teh water tho'!) and overcast sky.

The shells were still attached. They kinda look like butterflies, no?

Kitty chillin' and readin' Harry Potter while we were off on our walk.

After climbing the tallest hill in the area, I found this cool sandstone wall. Don't you love how everyone's carved their names into it?

After scampering up those footholds on the sides of the sandstone wall, this was the view. Those tiny little specks down on the beach are where Kitty, Bandaid, and Kero were tanning while I explored.

When I walked back a fisherman showed me the perch he'd caught.

Bandaid & I. Aren't we cute?

Kero & Kitty. Aren't they cute?

Our first attempt at a Jellyfish Palace. Didn't stand up so well against the waves.

The palace we built for our jellyfish.

The waves we went wading in.

Our crab Sebastian.

Our first jellyfish in his red-bucket home.

ONE HUGE JELLYFISH. THIS GUY WAS THE DIAMETER OF A BASKETBALL.

The jellyfish in the sand pool we made them. Unfortunately, water didn't stay in.

Really gross headless dead bird.

Truly the epitome of disgusting, a dead seal rotting.
