My hair has been so icky lately...
I am out of regular shampoo (Well, I have some Plantational and a small chunk of Buddah Bar, but my hair's definitely decided it hates solid shampoos) and I'm nearly out of conditioner (and what I have - frankly, it sucks). Recommend something!

(I am not really feeling better, but "shopping" online has been pleasantly distracting. Tomorrow I have the delightful task of packaging up a freakin' lot of eBay auctions. Whee!)

Redken has a lot of shampoos and conditioners to choose from and are great for your hair. They're acid-balanced which may sound harsh but is actually more gentle on your hair compared to the alkaline grocery shampoos you find at walmart or something! Depending on your hair type some ones to try would be All Soft (your basic shampoo/cond.), Smooth Down (for frizzy hair), or there's Clear Moisture (?--something with moisture!). They have great smooth down styling products as well since I've heard you talk a bit about your hair. And flat irons with ceramic plates are such good friends to have! ok, bye!

Silk & Shine from MMU. No 'cones, works great on my cranky/picky/long/naturally wavy/thick and difficult hair.

If only those guys didn't have such a miserably long wait time. :( I need shampoo pretty much now. (Right now I'm using Plantational and a sample of Fuel conditioner, which I am surprised to find is not so bad.)

Heh, I have to watch my supply so I can order at least a month in advance. I placed an order on May 2 for more soap and shampoo, and yesterday noticed that all my bottles were turned upside down to get out the last dregs. Of course, I got a shipping notice yesterday as well and it only takes about 3 days to arrive once it's shipped. I apparently have it down to a science now.

It's hard to wait, but I think their hair stuff is worth it.
