kid - i want to go back inside RIGHT NOW

Smart Talk has the worst customer service of any company I've ever talked to on the phone.

So I'm on the phone with Smart Talk trying to set up my phone number after receiving a new sim card.  They are bloody useless; in the forty minutes I'm on the phone, I'm transferred to five different departments, each time talking to someone with an increasingly indecipherable accent.  They tell me that they can't find my phone in their system (so how is it that the phone works on outgoing calls?) and that my SIM card is invalid (I just got it from you guys yesterday!) and on and on and on.  It's awful.  By the time I'm off the phone - with no resolution, I might add - I am really pissed off.

I call my dear husband to have him deal with Smart Talk for the while, since he's the one who did all the initial set-up.  He listens to me rage for  a minute, and then says:

Seanie: You're scary when you're angry.
Me: Scary like what?  You say your MOM is scary when she's angry.
Seanie: No, she's more like loud, yelling angry.
Me: I'm not yelling...
Seanie: No, YOU'RE scary like you're going to crush my balls beneath your heel.  And not using a stiletto or one of those shoes that guys with fetishes like.  You use Doc Martens!
Me: ...that's adorable!
