Countdown to Christmas.
I felt so good this morning when I woke up, in spite of the fact that it was 5:30 am. I was rested. I had energy.

I had gone to sleep at 7 the night before.

I'm all for being rested, but I can't stand going to sleep so early. It feels like I missed out on a whole evening of festivities - even if, realistically, I would've spent that evening painting my nails or watching a movie that can be watched just easily some other time. Even worse, it's only 6:30 pm and I'm ready to roll over and go to sleep.

MY SLEEP SCHEDULE IS COMPLETELY SCREWED UP AND THAT MAKES ME SAD.

In other news, I am (thank goodness) over half done with Christmas shopping. I've gone a little overboard on some people but I think it is worth it - even if my credit card bill will make me long for a better budget in January.

Interesting things for this week:

Tuesday: I'm going with Kirsten to see a preview of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe tomorrow night. I will be posting about it here, but don't worry - I'll be sure to use spoiler cuts so that your eyes are safe.

Wednesday: Shopping with Kitty. I'm not sure which mall we'll go to yet.

Thursday: Seanie and I will go have a romantic date in downtown Mountain View! An afternoon shopping and browsing bookstores, followed by dinner and tickets to Into the Woods with my parents, who will meet up with us when they are done with work.

Friday: Full eight hour shift, after which I will (hopefully!) get my Christmas cards finished up and mailed.

I saw Into the Woods with my Sean and his family last year at the Children's theater in Palo Alto. Thought it was cute ^_^

It is my most favoritist musical.
Favoritest.
Favoritist.
I'm not sure which spelling I like better.

was wondering if you have any smelly-goods you're looking to sell. i need to get something for my sister for christmas and it's too late to order from any of the companies... i know you usually have overstock :P

i've been bpal-free since july... i feel like a recovering addict. it's made easier though since i can't exactly wear bpal at work. nothing like wasting good midway when i'm just going to be plunging my arms in fish water :(

naturally I have plenty to sell...I'm a freak that way. :) Anything in particular you're looking for? A partial list of my extras is here, and I'm sure I'll have more in a few days, as my Christmas order is due to arrive tomorrow. :)

You're quite smart to be bpal-free; if I had half a brain I'd stay away too! I'd save a lot of money.

here where?

i know she really wants some more of middle earth turns to rock (don't know if lush re-released it in the US.. they gave it a new name in the UK) and she liked Djinn and is into earthy smells and spends a lot of time in the desert or forest.

i MISS bpal. the excitement of all that mail coming in and all the new smells to discover and all the extra goodies that come with them... and i'm sure paypal misses my bpal traffic too.. buut yeah.. can't afford it right now.

Rose's supposed to send me pumpkin patch samples eventually, so i guess i have that to look forward to.

'here' would have worked a lot better if i hadn't forgotten the hyperlink. If she's into earthy scents, she might really like the King & Queen of Clubs.
Queen: Soft, deep earth notes with myrrh, amber, pomegranate, dark incense, red currant, rose and vanilla.
King: deeper, darker earth notes with dark musk, tobacco leaf, oakmoss, amber, leather, sage and vetiver with fig and bitter almond.

But browse around and let me know what looks good to you. :)
