They took away my radio, so I took out my pens.

My traveling journals project has been progressing rather swimmingly, and we've made it to number thirteen. Such a special number had to have an equally special topic, so I went with the following:

Incorrigible: A Paean To the Wicked
This is a tribute to the villains and villainesses who have risen and fallen throughout the history of mankind. Fictional or real-life, human or otherwise - whether they are evil to the core or merely misunderstood, this book stands in celebration of the darkest souls humanity has ever produced. From the Blood Countess and Vlad Dracula to Lord Voldermort and Maleficent to Lilith and Lucifer, pick your favorite and educate us on why your choice is tlhe wickedest of them all!

Should be fun. Sign up if you'd like - I'm always glad for new participants!

In other news, I finally finished conceptualizing my movie poster and plotline for Journal #9: Saturday Night at the Drive-in. Hopefully I'll get it put together and out in the mail by the end of the week.

As a side note, I can't believe 104.9, the South Bay's New Music Alternative, is gone. WTF do we need another Spanish-language station for? This brings us down to about two rock stations and at least seven Spanish ones. We're getting as bad as the Central Valley, which is all mariachi and country.
