Can you believe this? Because I can't.
Oh man.
Oh man.

I am SO PISSED OFF right now.

I just took my Business Law final, and the first fifteen-twenty questions were about corporations and corporate financing.
Duuuuuuuuuurrrwhaaaaaaaaaat? was my response. The syllabus specifically told us NOT to read the chapters which talked about corporations!! That is totally unfair.

Additionally, the final was open note, open book BUT in the syllabus, again, it states that all exams are closed note, closed book. Had I known it was going to be open note, I totally would've brought my textbook with me to class.

I demand satisfaction! I challenge the good doctor to a duel!!
...maybe not.
But I did leave him a phone call and if I don't hear back from him tonight I will have to go down to West Valley tomorrow and raise merry heck for everyone.

that is really not fair. i hate it when profs specifically say "you don't need to know this..." and then go around and write it as a question on the exam. it is like they want as to do badly.

So this is it?
This is how it turned out? That's pretty odd.

I took a business class and she laid out what was going to be on the test, and told us what NOT to study... what happened? everything she told us not to study, was on the test. Afterwards a bunch of us stood around venting... I got a freaking C. I was pissed too!
