(Gasp! I know! I cooked!)
It was pretty simple, just bacon and cheese, but it was surprising how little time it takes. I had a frustrating few moments when I suddenly realized I had to beat the egg-mixture, and I hadn't thought far enough ahead to realize that beating is not the same as stirring or mixing and I might need another tool. A quick glance at Google said I needed a mixer, which sounded insane to me, and I don't even know if we have one, anyway. So I dug around and found an old hand-crank whisk-thing, and used that. It's neat. Weird-looking, but neat. Anyway. Quiche turned out tasty, but very ugly. Guess I need to work on presentation.
