She's gone.  
Yesterday Lush's west coast regional came to the store, and our store manager was let go. I feel bad for her - now she has no job, and her girlfriend has no job, so they're going to be in a tight spot really fast if one of them doesn't get employed - but I don't feel bad about the situation, because it was a long time coming. In the days between when December 6th and this past Monday, she missed or was more than 1.5 hours late to at least twenty shifts. These are just the shifts I know about because I also worked during that time. It doesn't include days when I was off or days when she was scheduled to come in later than me.

That's insane, and that's the simple reason for why she was let go.

From reading back and forth (i.e. your newest post) sounds like the regional manager is on the warpath now. First with your manager (*but I know your manager wasn't the best of professional) and now with your hours.

Well, she does have a pretty good reason to be on the warpath: our shop is the lowest performer in her region. It was a fast plummet, too - we were the number 1 shop in the region in December and #4 or #5 in the country. So this means we have the customer base here, but for whatever reason our sales staff isn't capturing their interest and getting them to buy. So from her perspective, it may be that the fact that I'm not in the store as much as they want is hurting them because I'm one of the strongest staff for product knowledge. So I don't blame her for being on the warpath, but at the same time understanding her motivation doesn't alter mine. :-p

Yeah I can totally understand why she is on the warpath. But I understand your point too...
