How to make something unstable from random parts
Baking a quiche, making something yummy-
But we're out of cream so I'm substituting milk and upping the cheese content instead. Mom says that will work just fine, but it's looking mighty watery so I'm not sure I believe her!
Trying to make this with a pre-made crust that isn't baked. Last few quiches I made were crustless so this will be interesting...the crust comes rolled up in a tube, in theory I just roll it out and it will be a perfect crust, but so far the roll is sticking together so much that I somehow doubt perfection is achievable...
Why did Mom buy four packages of this weird crust?
I'm hungry.
But I somehow doubt this quiche is going to turn out well. There's a lot of uncertain elements going on here. But this is what happens when you try to make dinner out of all the random leftover parts in the fridge because you don't want to buy ANYTHING at the grocery store, even the PROPER ingredients from the recipe.

I'll be sure to post photos of my kitchen disaster so you can all make fun of my inability to cook. It'll be great.

I kinda like it when I have to figure out what to make with what I have. I've come up with some interesting dishes. It probably wont turn out as bad as you think it would. =)
