As I was driving home last night... occurred to me that the generous uptick in cursing I have experienced in the past week may be due to the fact that I'm listening to Coyote Blue by Christopher Moore as I drive. >_<;

Leaving for Yosemite today. Back Monday afternoon.
I've posted that on Facebook,

I hope I'm not forgetting to notify someone important.

Last night my Dad took me to see Lyric Theatre's production of Camelot.  Crikey, but that is one long musical.  It's almost painfully long.  The music's pretty bland, too, with one song blending into the next and awkward matches between the music and the lyrics.
The actors were really throwing themselves into the roles, though.  Couldn't fault them for a thing.  And it was fun.  The Once and Future King was a great book and the story of the musical certainly keeps things exciting.  (Who doesn't love King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table?  Seriously?)   But JINKIES Camelot has not aged very well.
