Embarrassing adventures in retail

Customer walks into the store.
Me: Hi! Welcome to Lush!
Customer: Hi!

Customer looks familiar, and she goes straight to a shampoo.

Me: Looks like you've used the products before!
Customer: Oh yes, I'm a huge Lushie.

I'm still thinking the customer looks really familiar, but I can't remember any incriminating details like a name.

Me: I feel like I've seen you in here before?
Customer: Well, I've never been to this Lush before...
I'M SHOT DOWN! I LOSE! THE PRINCESS IS ANOTHER CASTLE!

I guess this isn't that weird, but at Lush we tend to get a lot of repeat customers that come back on a weekly/bi-weekly basis, so after a while you start recognizing people on a daily basis. However, that means you hit this scenario once and a while, too. Embarrassing.

(But she spent $60 anyway, so, y'know. That was cool.)
