Seanie's almost at his goal of 175 lbs!  
Seanie's been on an anti-carb diet for at least a month now, and I have to admit I've given him a lot of grief over it. How much weight can a guy really lose without stepping up his exercise routine?

Seanie's eating a lot less sugar and breads, but he's still eating plenty of processed food. Yet he's losing weight! He's dropped into the high 170s, still on his way to his ultimate goal of reaching 175 lbs. That would mean he's lost 25 lbs since the beginning of the year, over 20 of which were simply changing his diet.

Now, seeing how long he can keep this weight off will be interesting, since he's slowly but surely allowing the carbs back into his diet.

There's a noticeable difference in his appearance. Seanie's thighs are smaller, and his gut has been seriously trimmed. I confess, I'm impressed. I didn't expect him to stick to the diet this long, and I definitely didn't expect him to have visible results.
