Declaring a 12% fee increase after I've already registered and paid for my fall classes?
Not cool, man.
Now I have to come up with an extra three hundred and something dollars. Sure, it doesn't sound like a lot, but that's on top of the two thousand six hundred bucks I've already paid for tuition...and that's just tuition. I haven't even taken things like supplies and textbooks into consideration.
I mean, SJSU is just a state school. It's just a CSU at that. It isn't a UC, or a private university. Tuition has gone up every single semester since I started there.
When does it end? When I and every other middle class kid can no longer afford to pay with incurring debt?
(I mean, seriously. I wish I qualified for financial aid, because my income is tiny, but since I inherited some money from my grandparents the State won't pay a cent toward my education until I've blown through every last dollar.)
