This picture's actually form yesterday, but I forgot to post it. Hooray for villains!
Trying to get the sword out of the stone. It didn't work out, clearly, since I'm still not Queen of Disneyland.
Picture with Mr. Toad!
He's my mom's favorite Disney character. (Yeah, she's weird.)
Entrance to Disney's newest ride, Ariel's Undersea Adventure.
Schematics and floor plans from the Imagineers' designs of Ariel's Undersea Adventure.
Mostly, I just love that they revamped an old wine-themed restaurant to show off their plans to upgrade California Adventure, and one of the big wine barrels got repurposed as a desk.
Kung fu with Mulan and the fat guy. I don't remember his name!
So, one of the things Jeannie and I did was get the meal package for "World of Color", California Adventure's evening show. This meant that we got a fancy dinner at Ariel's Grotto, one of the nicest restaurants in the park, and reserved seating for the show. Check out the awesome dinner:
Seafood hors d'oeuvres.
Meat, cheese and fruit (mostly veggies) plate.
All stacked so nice and neat.
Oh so tasty fish <3 Sorry, Ariel, your friends are just too tasty.
Pineapple mojito. Tropical and refreshing!
Super-fancy dessert plate!
California Adventure's Paradise Pier at twilight.
Once it got dark, the Mickey Wheel lights up...and changes color!
Alas, when it came to getting pictures of the "World of Colors" show, my camera was no good...plus, a super-tall guy was standing in front of me. What a douche. He could have sat down or at least crouched a little...there was a kid right behind him who probably couldn't see a thing, either. LAME.
