Netflix realizes 'Qwikster' is a silly decision, hooray!

Oh good.
It looks like Netflix is going to back down from their silly little idea to separate their DVD and streaming services into two separate websites.
As you know, I was not looking forward to that transition.

I wonder if Netflix did any kind of survey or user test group or other research about this idea before they announced it to the world. I mean, one would assume that some sort of testing was done, but I can't help but wonder what they did and who participated.

I'm also curious where this leaves the plan to add video games to the DVD service. Has Netflix quietly shelved that along with Qwikster, or will they add that on sometime soon?

No matter, since that wasn't what I got the plan for.  I'm just glad that I can continue to be extremely lazy about updating my queues.
