Quote of the Day: Ralph Waldo Emerson

Some men's words I remember so well that I must often use them to express my thought.  Yes, because I perceive that we have heard the same truth, but they have heard it better.
-- Ralph Waldo Emerson

If you've been reading my journal for a while, you've probably noticed my tendency to collect and post quotes that I like.  I think Mr. Emerson just succinctly and perfectly explained why I do so.

Ah, if only I could be so skilled with my words that others would find me quotable!  But I don't seem to be trending that way.
Well, such is life.
