What kind of song do you sing?

If you were writing a song about yourself and your life, what kind of song would it be? What would you call it?".
Naturally, the question reminds me of a song. I wish I knew the artist, but it's just some random ditty that my mom has on a CD somewhere.
What kind of song do you sing?
Do you sing to be heard or sing to be you?
Is singing just one of the ways that you feel?
What kind of song do you sing>

The song continues on with a verse about laughing, I think. But that particular verse stands out in my mind at the moment.
Hmmm...a song about me and my life...I think it'd be like rock but not quite, maybe poppy but not too much. It's be sure to have an annoying lyric in it that would repeat itself in your head over and over and over again.
The vocalist's voice would be a cross between Natalie Imbruglia and Dido, with a dash of Sarah McLaughlin and Nina Gordon mixed in. Maybe a sprinkle of Jewel, even, but I doubt it.
A lot of the song would be random phrases. Like
Naisa naisa yo soy naisa
tomo bichi miki chansuu yugi to waaaaaaa
sore tayo mahao chiri
no comprehension understanding la la laaaaaaaa

In fact, I think the whole song would be like that. Random syllables. Everyone would pick different words up out of it and have different interpretations of it and because it was so strange it'd take over the airwaves, and I'd be famous for inventing a new form of music.
Oh, a title. How about "Gobbegook?"
