Mom’s leaving for Mexico tomorrow. She’ll be sailing out of San Francisco, and no doubt she’ll be getting into plenty of scrapes and adventures while she’s gone. But, since she won’t be around to celebrate Easter, we had a little dinner tonight. She made lamb, and it was juicy and tender and delicious! She also picked up some carrot cake cupcakes at the store, which was unusual for her – Mom usually goes for chocolate or vanilla. But I guess carrots = rabbit food = Easter Bunny = Easter dessert?
