A resident complained yesterday that one of the employees shouldn't park on RHA property because her car is "too ugly". The employee only has one vehicle, a old truck. Sure, it isn't pretty but it's in pretty good shape considering its age. The employee works in security, so she's just making enough to live on. How insensitive and rude can a resident be?
So the CEO's response? "Are you volunteering to replace her car with one that *you* think is suitable to be seen in the community?" The employee offered to park on a side street, to make the resident shut up, but the CEO told her to keep on parking in the parking lot next to the Clubhouse.
