And with the arrival of this box, I've reached a dozen Graze boxes! I'm still quite pleased with this subscription. The snacks come in handy packages that I can easily toss into my purse so that I will always have something to nibble. They're relatively healthy - trail mixes and dried fruit are infinitely better than greasy potato chips, I'm sure.
Graze also just announced that they have added a ton of new recipes to the snack collection, and since they have finally opened their US facilities, shipping should be much faster. They also gave me a friends code, so if you have wanted to join this is your chance! Up to four people can use this: SUZIH2FXP Each Graze.com box has four snacks in it and costs $5 - and that includes shipping. When you use my friend code, your first and fifth box will be free - fifteen dollars for five boxes doesn't seem too bad to me!
Anyway, what came in this box?
Hot Cross Yum

baked curry bites, spicy chickpeas and masala cashews
I liked the little "curry bite" rice cake-style crackers in Graze's My Thai snack, but it isn't so good here. The combination of curry crackers and the other spiced ingredients led to a clash of flavors - there was so much going on that I couldn't appreciate the individual charms of each. I've also learned that I don't care for chickpeas. The ones in the Mumbai Masala were a little too crunchy, and had a slightly burnt aftertaste that I found unpleasant.

Mississippi BBQ Pistachios
roasted pistachios with BBQ seasoning
Thankfully, the pistachios in this snack weren't overcooked like the Lightly Toasted Pistachios I had a few months back. The BBQ flavoring was delightfully tangy and smoky, and applied lightly enough that it didn't overpower the natural flavor of the pistachios themselves. I'm pretty sure I can get similar nuts pretty easily, so I'm not sure that I'll keep this as one of the snacks that could potentially land in my box, but it is pretty tasty.
Again, if you're interested in signing up for Graze my friend code SUZIH2FXP will allow up to four people to join. Once it's gone, it's gone...rather like my Graze snacks.
