Christopher Moore and The Serpent of Venice

Saw Christopher Moore last night at Kepler's as part of his The Serpent of Venice book tour.

As always, he was awesome.  He's an author who doesn't really talk about his book, just does a sort of comedy standup routine and then answers questions from the audience - and I just love his random observations.  Like tonight, when he noted that San Francisco Giants fans are lucky because the team colors (black and orange) guarantee that fans can always stock up on tons of great clothing at huge discounts during the first week of November to wear to baseball games.

But unfortunately, his popularity means that he can no longer pose for pictures, so we had to take a quick photo while he was doing the signing.  This is the only one that didn't turn out blurry, but Mr. Moore isn't even looking at the camera.  Darn it!

Next book: the Dirty Jobs sequel.
(If there's a title, he didn't say it.)
Jeans is thrilled.
