Extra hours is good.

We're in the middle of a implementing a new software system at RHA.  The new system will make it easier for residents to keep their contact information up-to-date and view work orders from their home computer, and it helps us by streamlining several processes in the office.  But to make the system work, we have to manually enter the residents' information: names, contact numbers and e-mails, emergency numbers, vehicle information, and other tidbits and trivia.  It's a slow, painful process.

But the sluggish progress means lots of extra hours for me, which is great since I've been devouring money like a wildfire through poor impulsive decisions like eating out a lot and last-minute trips to Southern California.  So that aspect is great, even if I'm now realizing, as I look at my schedule for April, I've managed to schedule myself working every day straight through to the 24th.  Nothin' wrong with being a little busy, right?
